| Resource Estimate: |
| The table below shows the estimated
geological resource contained in Zone 3 of the Project as at January 1998,
as calculated by MRDI Canada, a division of H.A. Simons Canada Ltd., in
the course of an independent review of the Project. Zone 3 comprises the
best drilled part of a total mineralized strike length of 16Km. MRDI Canada has completed a resource estimation for San Andreas' Prairie Creek Property Zone 3 in the Northwest Territories. All geological and assay data were supplied to MRDI by San Andreas. These data supplied were reviewed for completeness and overall integrity for inclusion in the model of the deposit. Inconsistencies within the raw data set were rectified from additional data supplied by San Andreas Resources. The geological resource has been classified into measured, indicated and inferred resources, based upon the level of confidence according to the Australasian Code for Reporting of Identified Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves, using the drilling grid spacing and continuity of mineralization as determined through the geostatistical review of the data. MRDI staff visited the property site and feel that the data and the interpreted model represents the Prairie Creek deposit. | In addition to the resource delineated in Zone 3, San Andreas has estimated Zones 7 and 8 to contain over 300,000 tonnes of similar high grade zinc, lead and silver. |
